Welcome! Chances are, if you’re here you already know who we are.

But, if you don’t, we are Valerie and Darrick, a couple in their early 30’s, currently traveling in the United States.

We wanted to create a place where we can share stories and pictures from our adventures together.

He’s from the woods of New Hampshire, I grew up between the US and the Middle East.

Together we’ve lived in Boston, MA; Miami, FL; and most recently, Cairo, Egypt.

Last year we got married, packed everything we owned into the car, drove across the United States to California, got married again, sort of, then flew to Cairo where we spent a year, with detours to Lebanon, Palestine and Israel.
